ROBO TOOLS

Three versions of this tool are available.
ROBO-CUT for the removal of hard insulation including XLPE with a maximum insulation thickness of 12mm.
ROBO-SHAVE for the shaving of all types of bonded semi-conductive screens.
ROBO-SCORE for the removal of semi-conductive screens.
To ensure exact scoring depth a number of dedicated depth scoring blades from 0.3 to 1.2mm are available. All three blades can be supplied with the same tool, as they are interchangeable with each other. This lightweight all metal construction tool is self-feeding and adjustable throughout it's capacity. As a standard the tools are supplied with one blade and a termination length stop.

The cable is clasped between the jaws and the tool rotated slightly to effect a double circumferential cut around the conductor. The cable is then withdrawn and placed against a pair of stops and nibbler blades longitudinally cuts away the insulator. By a simple twist of two turn buttons the tool is instantly converted from stripping one size to another. Three interchangeable die blade sets are available to cover cables between 25 – 110mm².
