Unique de-soldering tools with variable suction power for fast and efficient removal of solder from complex PCB assemblies. The unique plunger design allows instant choice of the best suction power required for the job in hand. The first indexing position for miniature components, the second position for normal medium sized components and the third position for heavy duty applications. Fitted with a push-on fit nozzle for easy replacement and are made in two nozzle sizes.

DE - SOLDERING TOOLS

 

A selection of top quality De-soldering suction pumps provided with safety shield and solder repelling ejector and replaceable nozzle tips.
These include the popular anti-static version and are available with 1.5 or 3.0mm nozzle.

The   anti-static version #598 features carbon impregnated tip and polished aluminum body to provide conductivity from the de-soldering point through to the operator.

The popular range of de-soldering tools #594 & #595 are epoxy resin coated while DSG #586 & #587 are anodized.

ANTI-STATIC MOS & CMOS DISPENSERS

 
The new ZB series of universal DIP IC dispensers cater for MOS and CMOS, as well as standard devices. Dispensers are available in 1, 2 and 3 tiers assemblies. Two types of electro-conductive tube guides are available-modules 03 and 06-(module 03 for DIP IC with 0.3" and 0.4" pitch/module 06 for 0.6" pitch), and each dispenser backing plate may be fitted with either or both modules. These tube guides are interchangeable, allowing unlimited versatility in lane mix within the dispenser. Each module is equipped with an adjustable discharge breech which positions each IC individually for easy extraction and simple gravity feed assures reliable deposit of next package to it's extraction position. Guaranteed effective dissipation as well as long and reliable performance.

'NN' PCB ASSEMBLY JIGS

 

A lightweight PCB assembly jig suitable for use on flow line production.
Bench mounted base and removable top frame. Has various angular positions for operators comfort. Spring loaded PCB holding channels for fast and easy loading. Top frame can be easily removed from it's base and passed on to the next station.

Three different sizes are available.
