Seller’s quotations are not binding without his confirmation of
the buyer’s order. Acceptance of seller’s general and special
terms is pre-understood in the fulfillment of the order.
2. All taxes and duties in addition to the price are at the buyer’s
charge.
3. Unless otherwise expressly and exceptionally stated the shipping
expenses are at the buyer’s charges. Shipment is at the buyer’s
exclusive risk. Any claims or protests must be handled by the buyer
himself. Any intervention of the seller must be considered as purely
benevolent and does not carry any detrimental admission.
4. Buyer’s orders cancellation before shipment is not acceptable,
except when it is due to default and omission of the seller. Seller
has the right to refuse any cancellation or to charge a penalty equivalent
to 50% of the amount that should have been invoiced.
5. Notice of all complaints for missing goods and/or their non-conformity
with the order must be formally given to the seller in writing within
ten days from delivery, fore closure of all rights. Defective material
must be accepted as such by seller’s quality control department.
Above claims will further only the acceptance in as far as the cover
of the goods and/or the buyer’s liability has been conclusively
exonerated. Seller’s liability will in any case be restricted
to either a free of charge replacement shipment or to a refund of a
lump sum equivalent to the selling of the missing or defective goods.
6. No return of goods will be accepted without seller’s prior
written argument.
7. The seller reserves his rights for all delivered goods until complete
payment of the agreed sale price is made or by acceptance of drafts
until those are paid. The buyer can use and sell the equipment in normal
commercial transactions but he is not entitled to have the goods pledged
of deposited for risk to third parties. The buyer will notify the seller
immediately if the goods are pledged to third party.
8. Origin: Our products are manufactured in Malta by Abeco Ltd.
For the registered holders of rights ZB Tools Ltd. and are in free circulation
within the E.U. A movement certificate form T2L shall be provided
on request.
9. Packaging: Sea or air warranty included.
Technical Specifications
Every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of our Catalogue
Data. We do not however accept responsibility for damage, injury,
loss or expense resulting from any error or omission. We reserve
the right to make design changes without notice and recommend that
customers verify published data when ordering for critical application.
Payment terms:-
Advance payment by company cheque with order or approved credit
card payment.
New Accounts. We require 30% deposit with order . Balance by bank
draft or direct money transfer.
Approved Accounts. 30 days credit.
Goods shipped in any month should be paid for prior the end of the
subsequent month.
